Philosophy

At STRELLITAS SPANISH IMMERSION CHILDCARE & PRESCHOOL, LLC, we believe:

●    Each child and family served brings with them unique values, abilities, strengths, interests and needs and that each deserves individualized resources and services.

●    Hugging, hand holding, and lap sitting are appropriate when nurturing children.

● Respecting his personal space is essential for him to learn to respect the space of other individuals.

●    Early childhood education in safe, healthy, secure, affectionate and developmentally appropriate environment supports each child to develop to his/her fullest potential, and to become lifelong learners and contributing adult citizens and members of a world community.

●     Children learn through active exploration and interaction with their environment both indoor and outdoor through the provision of developmentally appropriate activities and materials; these can be messy, engage a child's imagination, and develops problems solving and critical thinking skills.

●    We provide exposure to sights, sounds, and experience to help children learn and grow. We provide unconditional love and emotional security, a sense of routine, and an opportunity to be creative and playful.
